The leak-proof protection cap allows you to carry your Riser Eatcup in your bag without worry.
The current lid is splash-proof, but not leak-proof. The protection cap keeps the lid in place so the Eatcup stays closed, even when upside down. And it prevents the pump from being pressed, so you can carry the Eatcup in your bag.
This is a 3D printed prototype: Fully functional, but not as smooth and transparent as a final product. My daughter has brought her Eatcup with this protection cap in her school bag for a long time without any leakages.
